Fluid Bed dryer is most suitable for drying, coarse, granular,
crystalline materials. It is widely used in pharmaceuticals,
chemical, food Industries for fast and efficient drying.
Operation:
The material is loaded in to Product container which is
provided with air distribution plate and duct wave. Due
to Induced draft created by the blower, the atmospheric
air drawn through air filter. The filtered air is then
heated to the required Temperature. The hot air then passes
through the Product container the produce moves up and
down in the product container gets dried by air fluidization.
The air circulation is controlled by damper. The filter
bags prevent fine particles escaping from the dryer.
